Rep Firm Closes Doors

Cardoza and Company, Inc, a long-time manufacturer’s rep representing JL Audio and other brands announced it will stop operations as of July 31.

The company has served the Northern California and Nevada region for 35 years. Among the other brands it represented include Accele, Addictive Audio AudioStak, Carbine, Clarion Marine, The Headrest Safe, LinksWell, Magnadyne RV, Morel, MTI Acoustics, Race Sport, Rydeen, Silencer, Wavtech.

Principal Mark Cordoza wrote to industry members, “It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement and the closing of Cardoza and Company, Inc…Throughout the years, it has been a privilege to work alongside you. Your support, trust, and collaboration have been the cornerstone of our success. We set out to make a meaningful impact in our industry, and we could not have achieved this without each of you.”

Cordoza and his wife have launched a new career in business brokerage (helping clients sell or buy businesses) with First Choice Business Brokers – Idaho.  https://markcardoza.fcbb.com

“While Cardoza and Company, Inc. will be closing its doors, the memories and relationships we’ve created will always hold a special place in my heart,” said Cardoza.

  5. Brother, you fought the good fight for 36 years. It was a great run. Many memories of our times and trips together with JL Audio. The industry has changed so much. Getting out now makes a lot of sense…. Hope you and your wife enjoy your new gig. Take some time to enjoy life and see the world. Next time I’m out your way we can go have a beer.
