New Diamond Microbox Amplified Sub Enclosures

Diamond Audio introduces new powered subwoofer enclosures.

At the CMA Show in Toronto last week, Diamond Audio launched its new DES Powered Subwoofer Enclosures. Expanding on the DES Passive Series, Diamond released five new powered models.

The Microbox Enclosures come preloaded with a single or dual pair option of DES Series subwoofers and internal amplifiers.

“The beauty of this product is that we actually incorporate our true DES series subwoofers into these enclosures.  We did not take any shortcuts by stripping down the subwoofers just to shave off costs or use less desirable materials that could sacrifice performance,” said Bob Chanthavongsa.

The Microbox Enclosures are constructed with high-strength MDF, extensive bracing, and lock-tight fastening to protect against leaks and to reduce distortion.

The systems are rated conservatively at 250 watt to 500 watt power output.

    Awesome sell through and even better performance, fit & finish and just as importantly NO RETURNS.
