Wayne Harris Receives Lifetime Achievement Award

Wayne Harris was recognized for his years of innovation and dedication to the growth of the Mobile Electronics Industry at the recent MasterTech Expo.

Harris’ journey began in 1984 when he introduced Eruption, a 1978 Buick Regal that won the national Thunder on Wheels competition.

In 1988, he joined Rockford Corporation as Director of Research and Development, serving until 2000. He earned two prestigious Design and Engineering Awards from the Electronics Industries Association:

  • 1989 – Hafler MAX-410 electronic crossover
  • 1991 – Symmetry EPX Mobile Audio Control System

In 1996, Wayne founded Termpro.com and Wayne Harris Enterprises, where he has played a pivotal role in advancing enclosure design software and SPL measurements.

His innovation and passion have not only shaped the industry but have left a lasting impact.

Since starting in this industry over 30years ago I have had much pleasure of engaging products and services provided by Wayne. His TermPro is just awesome and helped me and our customers.
