During his tenure at JVC, he helped found JVC’s Hot Shots training program, which has trained the EDA distributor sales force in industry trends and advancements.  He also received the JVCKENWOOD M3P award in his first year at the company. The award is for excellence, passion and integrity in business.

“We are thrilled to announce Steve’s promotion to Director of Sales for JVC,” said JVCKENWOOD’s Executive Vice President Dave Hoag. “Steve’s proven leadership, industry expertise, and strong dealer relationships make him the ideal candidate for this role. We have full confidence in his ability to drive continued success and growth for the organization.”

CEoutlook would also like to wish Ron Trout a happy retirement.  Trout was instrumental to the development of the car audio industry starting in the 80’s. He helped found IASCA and served as IASCA president.  In addition to his long time service at JVC for almost 14 years, he held top management posts at Rockford Fosgate for a combined 20 years.
