Almost half customers won't buy new car without CarPlay/Android Auto

A new study by McKinsey found that almost half of car buyers would refuse to purchase a vehicle that did not include CarPlay or Android Auto.

Additionally, 45 percent of car owners with CarPlay/Android Auto use the service regularly and another 40 percent use it periodically.

Also, 85 percent of car owners who have Apple CarPlay (or a similar service) prefer it over the OEM’s built-in system.
