Sony has hired Kris Bulla as its new National Product Trainer and it has improved its technical support with an 800-number dedicated to car audio.
Until now, installers had to go through Sony distributors for support.
Bulla and Ryan Khulmann, Sony Car Audio Support Manager, will lead the new Actionlink technical support team. As of November 7, retailers may call 855-SONY-12V (855-766-9128) for support.
Bulla most recently served as a sales rep at Dow Electronics and he won the 2016 Rep of the Year Award from Mobile Electronics magazine. Over his 20-year career he has been a technician, store manager, account manager, rep and trainer. He is also an MECP Master Technician.

Sony Car Audio will display its new XAV-AX100 CarPlay/Android Auto deck that ships in mid-November at the SEMA Show, Booth #12039 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, November 1-4.
