Directed is showing at CES new Autostart and Viper transmitters that are smaller, with improved security.

From Viper is a new 1-button, 2-way remote transmitter, 4816V, using a next-generation platform with better range and encryption. It is smaller, thinner, and lighter than previous transmitters with a new soft-touch case and keypad. The new remote operates on a higher frequency with a range of over 1 mile.

Also at CES is the new Autostart Signature Series thin transmitters in 2- and 1-way versions, in either LCD or LED models. They use Spread Spectrum Technology (SST) and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) to offer improved security and immunity against signal jamming and interception. Range is over 1.5 miles (5,200 feet).

Directed is also showing its 4X10 Digital Remote Start System.

The products are on display at CES January 6-9 in the North Hall, booth #1321 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
