A new car audio speaker company out of France called BLAM has been launched by Guy Bonneville, who lead the Focal brand for 25 years.
The company sells speakers featuring “the French sound,” which focuses on preserving the natural sound of a recording or “the subtle balance between accurate midrange” and wide dynamic range.
BLAM is now looking for a US distributor that will focus “more on quality than turnover,” said Bonneville.
BLAM’s line includes a full range speaker called “On Stage 80” and a high end tweeter made in France using a 100 percent pure magnesium dome.
Price points start at $150 and go up to $4,000.
