Harman confirmed that Crutchfield’s Executive Director of Retail and Mobile Electronics Jeff Fay has joined Harman as the new VP & GM of Car Audio Services, replacing Bill Turner.

Fay officially joined Harman on August 18.  His responsibilities include “accelerating the growth of our traditional car audio aftermarket offerings, as well as growing our new Semi-OEM audio and aftermarket head unit offerings,” according to a Harman memo. (Semi-OEM refers to vehicle specific audio systems).

Fay reports directly to David Slump, President – Automotive Services.  Fay will be based in Harman’s Novi, Michigan offices.

Prior to working at Crutchfield, Fay was at Alpine as Strategic Accounts Manager.
