Scosche Industries announced it is now shipping a new car kit that allows the installation of an aftermarket car radio in the Toyota Prius. The Scosche “Custom Kit, Factory Fit,” model TA2114B is specifically designed for the 2012 and up Toyota Prius C.
The TA2114B accommodates single and double DIN aftermarket radios. The kit is made with high strength ABS/PC material, and is contoured and painted flat black to match the factory dash. The kit comes with a pocket and mounting brackets.
The TA2114B vehicle specific installation kit will retail at $39.95, including all the necessary hardware. For a complete aftermarket installation, it works with e matching antenna adapter, the LSAAB and the matching harness the TA02B which both retail for $19.95.
