Rep firm End Result has postponed its regional sales training seminar with Del Ellis.
The firm was recently let go as a rep by Rockford Fosgate, after 30 years. Owner Ed Dalesandro said he would like to continue the training, but is in the process of regrouping.
Rockford said of its action, “Ed Delesandro has been a representative for Rockford over the past 30 years. But, as with all business, in order to move forward change is often necessary. We wish Ed nothing but the best.”
Delasandro said, “Rockford had been a very important and emotional tool for me in growing my business. I appreciate the relationship. Things change and you both have to move on. I have a stable of loyal dealers that we both have cultivated over the years that I look forward to doing business with.”
End Result covers the territory of Ohio, West PA., and West VA. It also represents lines including Crossfire, Hushmat, Myron & Davis and PAC.
The training session with Ellis was originally scheduled for July 22-27 in Pittsburgh, Columbus and Cleveland.
