Madison Heights, Mich.–Guidepoint Systems announced it has selected Richardson Moe as District Manager.
Moe most recently served as regional sales manager for Hughes Telematics, where he worked to create marketing strategies for telematics products provided to Mercedes-Benz USA. Prior to this, he managed the sales efforts of a start-up satellite service under RaySat Broadcasting Corporation, and was instrumental in the development and implementation of sales and distribution strategy for Sirius XM Radio.
Moe will handle the territory around the San Diego area, said Guidepoint, which offers vehicle tracking units and service through vehicle dealerships and retail locations.
“Rich Moe will be a valuable asset, not just to Guidepoint, but to our customers as well,” said Rich Zeichner, vice president of sales for Guidepoint. “In his career he’s done just about everything, from running dealership sales to managing districts in the field. He also brings experience in working with new technology, including satellite, digital broadcasting and vehicle security, all of which are critical to what we do here at Guidepoint.”
“I have always enjoyed working directly with customers and providing technology solutions that work for their business and their customers,” said Moe. “I look forward to bringing my knowledge and expertise to new and prospective clients in my district, and being a growth asset to Guidepoint as a whole.”
