Car video supplier Vizualogic (TMI Products) said it settled a 5 year legal battle with HTK Corp. (Hamg Shing Industry).
Vizualogic was awarded damages for a cross complaint against HTK, a former supplier of Vizualogic
The suit claimed HTK delivered faulty parts for Vizualogic’s headrest monitors and that HTK failed to warranty them. John Tuccinardi, CMO of TMI Products /Vizualogic said,
“They had major quality issues and they did not stand behind their products.”
Vizualogic wished not to reveal the total sum of damages it was awarded by the Superior Court of California of Reverside County. HTK originally filed a suit against Vizualogic in May 2006 and the car video supplier responded with a countersuit in June.

why dont you call up the court and find out what they got ?
why isnt there any mention of what they had to pay that was at least 10x more then what they got back in coutersuit?
