Maybe Google’s Nexus One smart phone isn’t setting sales records but it has very cool built-in, free, turn-by-turn GPS, so you might want a car dock for it.
As of today, Google’s web store is selling one.
The $55 car dock holds the Nexus One in place, charges the phone’s battery and includes built-in speakers and volume controls for listening to music. When you dock the Nexus One, a Car Home app automatically loads that makes it easy to access maps, navigation, voice search, contacts and music, said Google.
The dock mounts on your windshield or dashboard and comes with a 12 volt charger.
