Mobile Solutions’ Bryan Schmitt will lead a seminar on making your install bay more efficient at Spring KnowledgeFest to be held April 8-10 in Indianapolis.
In 2016 you cannot run a profitable efficient bay like you did in the 90’s, said Schmitt. Today, a well run installation bay cannot only be a serious money maker, it can be an employee motivator, and a marketing tool.
With the complexity of today’s car, consumers are willing to pay more for a job done somewhere they trust, he said.
The seminar Better Work, Faster: Increasing Installation Bay Efficiencies will show how to organize and present an efficient, profitable bay.
