Rydeen Mobile Electronics has launched the TOMBO 360 TX, a three channel version of its TOMBO 360 mirror camera system. The company showed their newest model at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas.

The original TOMBO used two channels. One channel recorded the full 360 degree view. A second channel recorded the rear camera.

The TOMBO 360 TX adds a third channel. The box includes the 360 degree camera and two more cameras. The 360 camera records in its 360 mode as before. Installers can mount the two added cameras wherever the customer wants them. Options include front and rear, left and right, or one or two cameras inside the vehicle.

The system also has trigger wires. Touching the left side of the mirror, trigger brings up the left camera on the screen, and a right side trigger brings up the right camera. Users can also adjust the camera angles.

“Whatever you want to do with those extra two cameras, you can do with this, and it’ll display on the screen,” a Rydeen representative said.

Rydeen also plans to replace the TOMBO 360X with a new model called the TOMBO 360DX. The company changed the model names to show which products now work with the Rydeen app.

The representative said every Rydeen product that records will now work with the app. That includes the TOMBO 360 DX, the TOMBO 360X, the R10X models, and the MiNy360X models.
