Stinger will launch at the SEMA show its largest infotainment/radio to date. With a 15.6-inch screen, the Horizon15 is designed specifically for the 2021–2025 Ford Bronco.
The HORIZON15 has a full HD (1920×1080) touchscreen that is optically bonded for better clarity and durability. It uses the PAC RadioPRO Advanced Integration Module to retain factory features including climate control, warning chimes, steering-wheel radio controls, and factory amplifier compatibility. It also allows drivers to see automotive performance data and to customize data.
Key system capabilities include:
- On-screen vehicle vitals, such as battery voltage and coolant temperature
- OEM safety feature retention, including front/rear parking assist, reverse camera, and optional dynamic/static parking lines
- Dedicated Off-Road, Drivetrain, Climate, and Performance screens for monitoring pitch, roll, compass, altitude, and transmission status
- Complete plug-and-play installation with no vehicle modifications required
- Wireless & wired Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™
- SiriusXM-Ready™, HD Radio®, and Bluetooth® 5.1 with dual-device support
- 4.5Vrms 8-channel RCA outputs, Toslink optical output, and 15-band EQ with user presets
- Accessory Control for up to four independent devices via Stinger SwitchHub
- IP65-rated durability, anti-glare screen coating, and Fast Wake-Up functionality
The HORIZON15 gives Bronco owners the ability to view, tune, and control their vehicle systems through a single smart interface.
It will be demonstrated at the SEMA Show in a custom 2021 Ford Bronco Badlands build, along with an AudioControl sound system and new Stinger lighting.
The AudioControl system includes an Altitude amplifier, Epicenter Micro Pro bass restoration processor, DSP and speakers and subwoofers, all tuned to the Bronco’s interior.
Stinger’s new lighting systems each use amber or white halo options and a combination beam pattern for hybrid illumination of long-range spot performance with wide-angle flood coverage. When integrated with the HORIZON15’s Accessory Control interface, users will be able to adjust lighting zones, colors, and patterns directly from the touchscreen.
Stinger will display at the SEMA Show at Booth#10673.
