RDVFL announced a large, 15.6-inch vertical touchscreen upgrade for 2013-2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra pickup trucks equipped with 4″, 7″, or 8″ OEM screens.
The new GM-1318 is a screen upgrade only and does not replace the OEM radio. The factory radio remains fully functional through the new screen, retaining 100 percent of original equipment features including OnStar, satellite radio, 360 camera, rear camera, trailer camera, camera zoom and angles, and all warning signals.
This screen is an extension of the factory screen. The factory screen remains in the vehicle and connected to the GM ecosystem. The RDVFL screen does not interfere with factory updates or diagnostics, said the company.
Product Specifications:
- 15.6-inch vertical HD capacitive touchscreen
- Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- Plug-and-play installation with vehicle-specific mounting brackets and harnesses
- Three-year warranty
- Compatible with BOSE and non-BOSE audio systems
The new screen upgrade for older Chevy trucks joins RDVFL’s screen for newer Chevy trucks (2019-2026 Silverado and Sierra models) as well as screen upgrades for Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac and the 2019-2026 Silverado/Sierra. Compatibility information is available through the vehicle selector tool at RDVFL’s website.
