Orca Names New National Training Coordinator
Orca Design & Manufacturing announced the appointment of Joseph Norton as National Training Coordinator.
In his new role, Norton will oversee national training initiatives for Focal, Gladen, Mosconi, Blackhole, Raven, and Exile Audio. His responsibilities include developing product trainings, leading DSP and OEM-integration sessions, building digital training content, and supporting retailers.
Norton previously led technical support at MUSWAY. He has a strong background in system design, DSP tuning, OEM integration, and dealer-focused technical support. “His hands-on expertise and communication style make him an ideal educator for in-shop trainings, national events, and digital content platforms,” said Orca, which calls technical support a key strategic investment at the company.

Bryatt Fischer Formerly of JL Audio Joins Off-Road Lighting Company
Nacho Offroad Lighting, supplier of high-performance off-road lighting, announced the appointment of Bryatt Fischer as Key Account Manager. In his new role, Fischer will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships and driving growth.

Fischer was previously Senior Product Marketing Manager for JL Audio at Garmin and had been a Director and a VP of Marketing at JL Audio, prior to its purchase by Garmin, for over seven years. Fischer’s expertise at JL Audio included powersports OEM partnerships and off road business.
