Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Manager located in Los Angeles California. The Technical Support Manager will oversee the technical support team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, implementing support strategies, maintaining high-quality customer service standards, and working closely with other teams to enhance operational efficiency. Remote position for the right candidate is negotiable.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and handling complex technical issues.
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in maintaining and improving Customer Satisfaction metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have experience with Harley Davidson Motorcycles
  • Willing to Learn Slingshot and Indian Motorcycles, experience is a plus!
  • Occasion Travel to Trade Shows with the sales team.
  • Proficiency is Word, Excel and Powerpoint
