Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Western Region Sales Manager located within the Western Territory. The Western Region Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet company objectives. Responsibilities include managing and expanding client relationships, leading the regional sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Planning, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Proven ability in Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Thinking
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in using Sales CRM tools and analyzing sales metrics.
- Experience in managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Must be willing to Travel with in the territory.
- This position requires 60% + travel.
- Must be able to attend Trade Shows as needed.
- Proficiency is Excel, Word and PowerPoint is needed.
- Management of Independent Representative Firms within the territory.
