Incriminator Audio Sold

Systematic Holdings, LLC announced today it has purchased Incriminator Audio, LLC, a mobile electronics brand that has been making car audio products for over 20 years.

Incriminator Audio now joins other brands owned by Systematic Holdings, including Sundown Audio, XS Power Batteries, and Ampere Audio. Together, these companies make speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, and batteries for car audio systems.

Nick Wright, who founded Incriminator Audio in 2002, will stay on as CEO of the brand and continue leading the company.

Under its new ownership, Incriminator Audio will update its product line and add new items designed for today’s car audio fans. The company plans to introduce new amplifiers, subwoofers, and other audio equipment that meet the standards customers expect from the brand.

More details about new products and plans for the brand will be shared in the coming months.

During his time running Incriminator Audio, Wright has also worked with OEM companies and private label brands, helping to design and build products.
