A traditional cold and snowy winter is forecast by The Old Farmer’s Almanac, for this winter, which may be welcome news to remote start retailers.
Frigid temperatures, cold snaps and snow are expected in mid-January and mid-February. But snow may come as early as September in some areas.
The Almanac predicts frequent snowstorms in New England, the Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, Northern Central U.S., and Pacific Northwest mountains.
The Almanac described a pattern of cold, snow, warm spell, repeat.
In the Mid-Atlantic, Texas, Southern Plains, and Southeast expect a wet winter with some areas seeing cold spells or freezing precipitation.
