Rydeen reintroduces its backup camera with dynamic parking lines.

Press Release: TORRANCE, CA– Rydeen Mobile Electronics, supplier of safety and driver awareness technology, proudly announces the reintroduction of its backup camera with active parking lines, now called the CM-APL5.

The backup camera earned its reputation as a favorite among installers and end-users due to its dynamic Active Parking Lines (APL). The camera was discontinued due to chip shortages and now returns to the market as the CM-APL5 (originally called the CM-APL3).  The CM-APL5 offers dynamic trajectory lines that adjust as you turn the steering wheel, providing real-time assistance for precise parking in tight spaces.

Key Features:

  • Active Parking Lines: Real-time trajectory lines adjust to steering input for accurate parking guidance.
  • Compact Design: Sleek and discreet, ideal for clean installations.
  • Wide Compatibility: Fits seamlessly with most vehicles and aftermarket monitors.
  • Weather-Resistant: Durable housing ensures reliable performance in all weather conditions.

“We’re excited to reintroduce the CM-APL5 in response to popular demand,” said Ruben Torres, National Sales Director at Rydeen Mobile Electronics. “This camera’s active parking line feature has been a game-changer for so many drivers. We’re thrilled to make it available again as part of our commitment to enhancing vehicle safety and convenience.”

  1. Do the lines ‘turn with the steering wheel’ or just bend based on a gyroscope’s input of the car turning? One is handy, and requires data connection the vehicle’s steering angle sensor.. the other is a gimmick that my customer hate as much as I do once they try it out.
