This new position will provide enhanced support to JVC and KENWOOD retailers, reps, and distributors through training, advanced technical assistance, and event support.
Kelvin Rivera brings six years of installation bay experience, offering hands-on expertise and in-depth knowledge of product installation and technical support. His prior role in installation positions him perfectly to deliver exceptional technical support to all dealers east of the Mississippi River.

Kelvin will focus on both JVC and KENWOOD dealers east of the Mississippi. He will report directly to Josh Bowen, Digital Content & Marketing Manager, who will work closely with Kelvin to create training materials, including online materials and video content.
