These initiatives are designed to recognize and reward the collaborative efforts of sales teams and installers, and to offer store owners a new revenue stream.
Part 1: Enhanced Rewards Program: Split Rewards for Sales and Installers
VOXX is excited to introduce a groundbreaking enhancement to its rewards program for the SmartStart Pro. Effective immediately, rewards for selling the SmartStart Pro can now be split between two individuals – projectably the salesperson and the installer. This change addresses a longstanding industry issue where only the salesperson received rewards, leaving installers unrecognized despite their critical role in the customer experience.
“This new approach ensures that both the sales team and installers are equally motivated and rewarded for their contributions,” said Aron Demers, Senior Vice President of VOXX Electronics. “By acknowledging the essential work of our retail sales associates and technicians, we are fostering a more collaborative and productive environment, ultimately leading to better customer satisfaction and increased sales.”
Note that 2 salespersons or 2 installers may also split the rewards between each other, or 1 person may still claim the full reward amount.
Part 2: Revenue Share Program for Store Owners
In addition to the enhanced rewards program, VOXX is also launching a new revenue share opportunity for store owners. Store owners who renew service plans for the SmartStart Pro will now be eligible for a share of the revenue generated from these renewals. This initiative is designed to provide store owners with an additional income stream, encouraging them to actively promote the renewal of service plans and enhancing the overall customer retention rate.
