Audison announced at the SEMA Show last week two Sound Pack add on systems for Tesla Models Y and 3. The Sound Packs are expected to ship in the second half of 2024.
The systems offer plug and play installation. The Level One system improves the performance of the factory Tesla system by adding a DSP/amplifier and a 10-inch subwoofer. The Level Two Sound Pack then adds to that by replacing the factory speakers.
Level One includes a Forza AF M12.14 DSP/amplifier along with a mounting bracket and integration harness and adds an enclosed Prima 10-inch subwoofer. The Sound Pack Level Two includes Level One components plus Prima tweeters, midrange speakers, woofers and a coaxial center channel. Additional harnesses are available for older Tesla vehicles.
The Forza amplifier bracket fits into the factory slot to replace the factory amplifier.
Level One should take less than a day to install and Level Two takes about a day and a half. Estimated prices are $2,500 and $4,000 respectively.
