Apple released on Monday its first Rapid Security Response update, iOS 16.4.1 (a).
As the title implies, the update is designed to rapidly fix imminent or current security threats to users’ iPhones and iPads.
The release comes only weeks after another Apple update to fix two security issues including real time attacks on users’ iOS devices, said Forbes.
Forbes cautions users to download the new iOS 16.4.1 (a) as quickly as possible, but CNET said some users are finding bugs after downloading it.
If you choose to download the update, go to Settings > General > Software Update, click Install Now and follow the prompts.
