Floating radios in 9- and 10-inch sizes are shipping from BOSS Audio’s Elite brand.
The new radios appear to float in front of the dash. They have a fixed single-DIN chassis with adjustable screens. The models also come in bundles with backup cameras.
The models without the backup cameras will be sold at Best Buy along with a new BE950WCPA with both wireless CarPlay and wireless Android Auto.
Best Buy has been gradually expanding its BOSS Audio offerings in the last few years and has picked up on the BOSS Elite series, said BOSS Audio National Sales Manager Jason Hanon.
In total, Best Buy’s new offerings include the double DIN BE7ACP with 7-inch screen at $229.99, and the new floating radio BE9ACP, with 9-inch screen at $299.99. These are joined by the BE10ACP with 10.1-inch floating screen at $329.99 and the all wireless BE950WCPA with 6.75-inch screen at $399.99.
Not at Best Buy, are bundles that add a license plate frame camera: the BE7ACP-C at $249.99, the BE9ACP-C at $309.99, and the BE10ACP-C at $349.99.
The BOSS Elite brand includes Minimum Advertised Price protection.
