  1. THIS BRAND SHOULD BE SOLD EXCLUSIVELY AT DIRT MALLS/FLEA MARKETS, OR NOT AT ALL.

i inform all customers that, due to the vendor’s well known product failure rates/excessive manufacturing defects/lack of quality control, any and all product returns and/or exchanges involving removal and/or re-installation WILL COST THE EXACT SAME LABOR FEE AS THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
personally, i’m totally fine with making $500 on one vehicle in order to get a working unit in their dash (its all pure profit for me). once a customer hears that, and does a little product research, they tend to buy something that WON’T end up being a waste of their time and mine… most of the time.

  2. You get what you pay for,,,,,50/50 If it will work correctly out of the box. Never seen one not have issues or glitches(touch screen not working, volume, buttons sticking, gps never getting signal, constant searching for tracks/songs, I can keep going.) By the time someone pays the money for these cheap units and expect it to work and fail over and over its not worth making the few minor dollars to keep exchanging it out. Buy the name brand and make customer happy and be done. Just not worth the time/labor.
