Press Release (edited): Rockford Fosgate is announcing three new powered loaded speaker enclosures at the SEMA Show this week.
Available in November, the Punch Series P300-8P 8-inch, P300-10T 10-inch, and P300-12T 12-inch are self-contained subwoofer enclosures with built-in amplifiers. Their impedance is optimized for the embedded 300-watt class-D amplifier that includes a low-pass crossover, bass EQ, and phase switch.
The slimline enclosures can be connected via speaker level inputs to factory systems, or traditional line level inputs for aftermarket systems. They also feature an intelligent auto turn-on/off circuit that eliminates the need for a separate turn-on wire. The enclosures are precision designed and constructed using MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) with a heat activated vinyl finish to resist marks.
