This year, Kicker and Pioneer have won top slots in sales (by dollars) to retailers (wholesale) where last year at this time, Alpine was the clear winner, according to the NPD Group.
Ranking number one in year-to-date sales through October is the Kicker 43CXA6001 mono amp rated at 300 Watts RMS. Taking second place is the Pioneer GMA5702 2- channel amplifier at 150 watts x 2 RMS. Next up is the Alpine MRVM500 mono amplifier, said NPD.
JL Audio continues in the number 5 slot.
