JL Audio announced three new Stealthbox subwoofer systems for full sized SUVs and various trucks from Chevrolet and GMC.
The subwoofer enclosures loaded with JL subwoofers are laser measured to fit tight spaces. The new models fit SUV models Tahoe, Suburban, and Yukon—model years 2015 and up and truck models Silverado and Sierra—model years 2014 and up, as well as crew-cab mid-size trucks, Colorado and Canyon—models 2015 and up.
The stealthboxes fit inside the front center console, without sacrificing cup holder space in the Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, Silverado and Sierra. They include a single 10-inch, TW1 subwoofer.
The Stealthboxes for the mid-size Colorado and Canyon crew-cab trucks include one JL Audio 10-inch, TW3, thin line subwoofer. They are designed for placement under the rear bench seat, without affecting the ability to fold or recline the seat. They provide enough air space for low-frequency extension and bass impact, said JL Audio.
The Stealthboxes are designed using laser scanning technology to precisely measure tight spaces available in a vehicle. Solid modeling software is then used to create subwoofer solutions with precise fit and maximum enclosure volume to generate deep bass.

Contains one 10TW1-2 in a sealed enclosure. 300 watt power handling. Wired for 2 ohm mono. Stealthbox® installs inside forward-most portion of front center console, without affecting storage space or cup holders. Replaces the OEM “subwoofer” system, if vehicle is so equipped.
