45 Year Industry Veteran to Retire

Glenn Ihrke of Harman and formerly of Alpine said he will retire shortly following 45 years in the industry.

Initially he will travel and then decide on a future course.

Ihrke joined Harman in 2012 where he is a Senior Sales Manager for Mobile Aftermarket. Prior to that he was at Alpine for 26 years, starting as a Midwest Sales Manager, eventually becoming VP Sales.  He launched his career working at an audio specialty shop in Michigan.

Ihrke said, “I go all the way back to the transition from 8 track to cassette.  You could say I’ve gone from 8 track to CarPlay.”
