VOXX Electronics announced a new 4-camera blind spot monitoring system for specific vehicles. The system allows the views from the cameras to appear on the factory radio screen.
The Advent ADAS00 multi-camera module works with front, rear and side cameras. When you activate a turn signal, the side camera will automatically display the adjacent side lane to expose blind spots. The system, at $399-$420 without the cameras, will be available for General Motors vehicles with 7- and 8-inch screens and Ford vehicles with 4- and 8-inch screens as well as Chrysler models with 8.4-inch screens.
