Kenwood USA launched its annual eXcelon X Rewards promotion May 1.

The program runs to July 30 and provides incentives to sales staff of eXcelon car audio dealers.

Salesmen can earn points toward electronic gear and prizes including 40 SKUs of head units, amplifiers, speakers and subwoofers.

All-new 2016 CD and multimedia receivers are part of the promotion, including the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto-equipped DNX893S and DDX9903S.

The company will also work with SiriusXM, so salesmen members receive additional points when selling a SiriusXM SXV200 or SXV300 Connect Vehicle Tuner with certain eXcelon radios.

Also, consumers receive a satellite radio tuner rebate and a three-month subscription to SiriusXM’s “All Access Package.”

Retailers can register for the contest at www.kenwoodxrewards.com.

  1. Indeed, Terry. As of yesterday, Kenwood customer service was unable (or unwilling) to provide a release date for the 9903S. They are putting the cart before the horse here I’m afraid.

  2. Interesting that they are offering incentives to sell their 2016 line up that have yet to be made available by any retailer anywhere. Like the DNX893S and DDX9903S. Why offer incentives to sell products that don’t yet exist?
