Sales trainer Del Ellis will provide open training sessions on the floor of the CES Show next week at the Mobile Electronics booth #2101 in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
He will introduce two training seminars, “Leading Others to a Culture of Innovation,” and a sales training session called “Selling Under the Radar.”
Ellis said, “Eighty-nine percent of all owners and managers think their employees quit their job for more money somewhere else. The truth of the matter is only 12 percent of all employees leave because of money. People don’t quit the company, they quit the people who run the company!”
For an industry already in short supply of good installers, the leadership sessions explain how to keep the best employees as well as attract better employees.
Session times are Thursday January 7th 3:00-3:30pm and Friday January 8th 2:00-2:30pm for “Leading Others to a Culture of Innovations.”
Additional session times are Thursday January 7th 12:00-12:30pm, Friday January 8th 11:00-11:30am and Saturday January 9th 11:00-11:30 am for “Selling Under the Radar,” which presents a “non-pushy” method to making more sales.
