Kicker Adds LED Grilles For Solo-Baric L7

Kicker announced additional speaker grilles for its Solo-Baric L7 square subwoofer including grilles with remote-controllable LED lighting.

Chrome grilles with LEDs will be available for the L7 speakers this fall that allow users a choice of seven colors. The colors are determined during installation, by selecting which wires to attach to the positive and negative power terminals.

A remote controller, KMLC, is available separately, which allows up to 20 colors wirelessly. It ships with its own wire harness that installs into the grille wiring and then lets you to vary the voltage sent to the grille for 13 additional colors.

The remote also controls brightness, adds a strobe effect, randomizes the colors and more.

The grilles are  ASTM-certified for Salt/Fog and UV exposure. Brass inserts were added at the screw locations for a solid connection to the woofer.

Also, non-LED grilles in charcoal and white are now available for the 10-inch and 12-inch Solo-Baric L7 subs.
