JL Audio announced Mike West has been promoted to Technical Department Manager.
West has been a member of JL Audio’s tech support team since 2010.
West said, “I appreciate the opportunity and I’m very excited about my new role. The way we provide technical support needs to evolve in order to keep up with the needs of our dealers and customers. I look forward to guiding our team to the next level.”
In his new post, West will manage day to day tech support operations.
