Rockford Corp.announced it added Alvin Klement and Ronnie Brashear to the Crimestopper sales team, effective immediately. Rockford has also recently added several key positions to the safety and security group, including JF Cleroux, director of product development; Orlando Sanchez, vehicle application technician; and Brad Marvin, marketing product specialist, to strengthen the company’s Crimestopper team.
“As the Crimestopper business continues to grow, we have been implementing the overall brand strategy, which includes putting together a comprehensive sales, marketing, and support team for this category,” said Rockford CEO Bill Jackson.
Klement, Crimestopper national sales manager, started in consumer electronics sales working for Audio Express in North Carolina where he progressed to store manager and then general manager of the 13-store chain. He then moved to Klipsch Group, where he eventually became a regional VP.
Brashear, Crimestopper sales manager, has 19 years experience in the 12 volt industry, including 17 years in security/remote start. He started in 1996 at Code Alarm and was most recently with Epsilon.
Rockford purchased car security supplier Crimestopper last year.
