NAV-TV Corp. announced the release of its Promaster Cam–rear camera integration solution for 2014 to current Dodge Promaster vehicles equipped with the factory 5-inch color infotainment system.
The interface is 100 percent plug-and-play, requiring no modification to the vehicle wiring. No dealership coding is required and the Promaster Cam will not affect the vehicle’s factory electrical warranty.
The rear view camera image is automatically displayed on the factory LCD screen whenever the vehicle is placed into reverse and can also be activated in any gear and at any speed. (The camera is sold separately). For ease of installation, the Promaster Cam additionally provides a 12 volt +, 1 amp output to power the aftermarket camera.
