Memphis Car Audio is celebrating its 50th anniversary at CES this week, showing new products and several demo vehicles.

New car audio products include an MClass speaker line and Power Reference woofer line.   Memphis is also releasing a limited edition 50th anniversary amplifier,  LED kits, new Bluetooth devices and an improved shallow mount subwoofer.

Show cars include a 1949 Crosley business coupe built with Phantom Electronics using  Memphis’ new MClass 6×9  rear speakers and MCX6C separate components in custom housings plus a Bass Reference woofer, Memphis amplifiers and a iPad to control the system.

Also on display is a 2013 Harley-Davidson Road Glide with Memphis speakers and  inner fairing and bag lids from 1 Off Creations. All the audio is controlled by an iPad harnessed in a removable bezel allowing for quick release of the tablet.

“Memphis and 1 Off Creations has made upgrading your Harley’s audio easy without any custom fabrication required,” said the company.  Parts fit into stock locations and are built specifically to house Memphis Car Audio speakers.

The vehicles will be on display this week at CES, Booth 2112 Las Vegas Convention Center, North Hall.
