Audiomobile introduced its latest “Advanced Technology” subwoofers, the Evo 24 series, which are the longest excursion, shallow-mount woofers on the market, it said.
Like the GTS 21 series before it, the series offers true high excursion in micro enclosure applications, said Audiomobile.
The Evo 2410 has a mounting depth of 3.95 inches and power handling rating of 500 watts RMS. It delivers over 16 mm of one-way linear Xmax, but it works in enclosures as small as .40 cubic feet.
The model 2408 has a mounting depth of 3.75 inches.
The two models use several unique performance technologies including a low-profile SLX cast alloy frame and a proprietary shaped manifold gap compact motor.
Suggested retail prices are $350 for the 2410 and $250 for the 2408 with delivery by mid first quarter.
Audiomobile will display during the CES Show at the Hard Rock Hotel, Jan 6 – 8th, from noon till 9 pm in Las Vegas.
