Jensen said it is now shipping the  co-branded DUB Edition car audio products first announced in January at CES.

The car audio amplifiers, speakers and subwoofers are Klippel tested and use Jensen technology combined with DUB design.

Jensen will also participate in DUB marketing focused on automotive lifestyle and car culture including DUB magazine, cross promotions, and shows and events.

The products are designed and engineered in the US and include 10- and 12-inch subwoofers, full range speakers with silk dome tweeters, rubber surrounds and oversized motor structures.

Myles Kovas, DUB Magazine President and Co-Founder said, “We did not compromise on performance.  DUB Edition by Jensen Subwoofers hit really hard!”

Jensen parent VOXX (Audiovox) said, “Partnering with DUB is an important step for our Jensen product line, especially when you consider the tremendous marketing programs that we will be part of as well,” according to Tom Malone, VOXX Electronics President.

DUB products will be included in custom car showcases, DUB LIVE! and the national DUB Show Tour, as well as DUB social media.  The line will be supported by in-store displays and point of purchase posters, etc.

Jensen DUB Edition amplifiers use MOSFET power supplies, continuously variable high/low pass filters, and variable bass boost.  They include a DUBa2100 480 watt, 2-channel AB amp rated at 85 watts x 2 @ 4ohms,  125 Watts x 2 @ 2-Ohms and 240 Watts x 1 @ 4-Ohms.  Suggested retail price is $99.99.  It is joined by a 4-channel version at $129.99 and a DUBa11000D mono Class D amplifier delivering 1100 watts RMS into a 1-ohm load at $229.  Also in the line is a DUBa1450 900 watt mono AB amplifier at $149.
