Ray Windsor, principal of Leadership Systems and German Maestro has completed a 6-part video series for consumers and retailers on “Selecting a Retailer.”
Windsor said the series was inspired from his work on a monthly newsletter to dealers where he discusses helping retailers build rapport with their customers through best retailing practices. The video series helps consumers choose the most professional retailers but also helps retailers to become more professional.
Each video covers one aspect of the customer experience with a retailer such as “The Sales Conversation” and “Asking for the Sale.”
