JL Audio Ships Update to XD Amplifiers

MIRAMAR, FL–JL Audio is shipping the next generation of its XD compact chassis car audio amplifiers.

The new XDv2 series adds automatic turn-on (signal or DC-offset sensing) so the amps work better with factory audio systems.

JL Audio also upgraded the input section of the amplifiers to equal its high end HD amplifiers, accepting a wide range of input signals, from line-level to high-power speaker level signals (with a dual-range switch).

Also new is an improved remote level circuit.

The XDv2 uses the same NexD switching that launched in the original XD amplifiers and has the same flexible crossover designs and compact chassis.
