TEMPE, AZ–Mobile Solutions is offering an updated advanced door panel fabrication class.
The training company has added new topics to its advanced door panel class including basic stitching techniques using Mobile Solutions’ new Juki industrial sewing machine, constructing armrests using 3D routering techniques and new 3D bendable wood. It also teaches new trim panel creation using jigs and spreaders that it sells to retailers.
“We show technicians how to take a panel from concept to framed out and pre-upholstery in literally a matter of hours,” said owner Bryan Schmitt.
2012 Installer-of-the-Year winner Jeremy Carlson joined in teaching a recent class.
