Reikken, a new performance power cell company out of Niles, IL, is seeking manufacturer representatives in nearly all territories.
Launched in April by former founding members of battery maker Kinetik, Reikken offers full lines of performance batteries and chargers including a 180-pound battery that can power myriad car audio amplifiers, lights and TVs. The top end Reikken battery, called the WMD, supplies 250 amp hours at $1,500.
The company also supplies a value Energie brand.
Reikken co-founders Pat Szeman and Rich Scott, say the line offers dollar per value performance that is among the most powerful in its class. Reikken is a protected line with a high end HO series of pure lead batteries that offers high quality and improved power.
The full line includes about 26 power cells and about 20 power suppliers. There are remote control batteries for toy cars numbering about 30 and a motorcycle line of ten cells with lithium batteries to be added soon.
The brand is working with two key distributors and has two warehouses out of Dallas, TX and Columbus, OH.
Reikken will be on display at the SEMA show next month in Las Vegas.
