Crux Interfacing Solutions announced two new kits for installing rear view camera systems in vehicles with Uconnect radios. The Crux RVCCH-75HD is a one-box solution for Dodge RAM vehicles that fully integrates with the factory radios so rear camera images appear on the radio screen. It includes a plug and play wiring harness and an OE style camera and a RAM truck tailgate handle for a simple installation in 2013-2014 trucks.
It works with three types of factory radio screens, including the 4.3-, 5- and 8.4-inch models.
Another Crux solution was introduced this week, the RVCCH-75C, for factory radios in the Dodge Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee for model year 2014.
