After 18 years at Pioneer Electronics, Larry Rougas, Senior VP Marketing and Product Planning for Car Electronics has resigned his post effective Friday.
Rougas will take a position at Nikon. Pioneer is now searching for his replacement.
Rougas joined Pioneer in 1995 as a Product Specialist in Long Island, NY, pursuing his high school hobby in car audio. In his new role at Nikon, he pursues another of his hobbies in photography, said Pioneer.
Pioneer Executive VP for Car Electronics Kevin Morris said, “Larry’s passion, leadership and tenacity have led to many of Pioneer’s successes. We thank Larry for his years of hard work and wish him and his family the best as they embark upon this new adventure.”
